1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ryderzvpn.com website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RyderzVPN provides access to a secure VPN network. You understand that the Service acts as a conduit for your internet traffic and that we do not control the content accessed through our network.

3. Subscriptions and Bandwidth

3.1 Plans: We offer monthly subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) that provide a specific allotment of bandwidth traffic (e.g., 10GB, 30GB, 100GB).

3.2 Rollover: Unlike many providers, unused bandwidth on active subscriptions rolls over to the next month, up to a maximum cap of 2x your monthly plan limit.

3.3 Overage: If you consume your allocated bandwidth, the Service will pause until the subscription renews or you upgrade your plan.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

4.2 Refunds: We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee, provided that you have used less than 100MB of bandwidth. Once bandwidth usage exceeds 100MB, no refunds will be issued for that billing cycle.

4.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or refund, if you breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RyderzVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
