Refund Policy

At RyderzVPN, we strive to provide high-quality VPN services. However, we understand that our service may not work for every specific use case. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a reimbursement.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a limited 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee for new orders. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:

  • The refund request is submitted within 72 hours (3 days) of the original purchase timestamp.
  • You have used less than 100MB of bandwidth total.
  • This is your first order with RyderzVPN (subsequent orders are not eligible).
  • Your account has not been suspended for violating our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

  • If you have consumed more than 100MB of bandwidth.
  • If the request is made after the 3-day window has expired.
  • For recurring subscription renewals (you must cancel before the renewal date).
  • If your account was terminated due to fraud, abuse, or illegal activities as defined in our Terms of Service.
  • For "Change of Mind" requests if the VPN is functioning correctly.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team immediately at support@ryderzvpn.com with the following details:

  • Your Order ID or Transaction ID.
  • The email address associated with your account.
  • A brief explanation of why the service did not meet your needs (this helps us improve).

4. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Stripe). Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
